Any member violating these terms of use
will have their account paused or terminated immediately.

1) Your page may only open one (1) additional window, sites with more than one are not permitted. One window means one pop-up OR one pop-under OR one exit ad. If your site is on a free server that places its own pop-up, that is your one additional window. No fly-in, slide-in, roll-in, drop-in ads, etc., or software download windows that will cause a member to stop surfing, and have to click to remove are allowed, although, if they don't disturb the members surfing, then its ok by us.

2) Your page may not close or break from the MysticalMaze.com frame.

3) You may not use any auto-refreshing, or auto-clicking devices. ANY TECHNIQUE other than actually loading your MysticalMaze surf page manually and viewing it yourself is a violation of the TERMS OF USE. Your account may be terminated without notice if caught attempting to gain credits in any other way.

4) Advertising your MysticalMaze SURF PAGE, in any way that attempts to get credits from other people's surfing is considered theft and your account may be terminated.

5) Your site may not advertise or contain any of the materials listed: Pornography or related content, Warez (hacking, bootleg software, etc), any Illegal activity, sites that sell or promote products that replicate illegal drugs, paraphernalia, or anything similar, that MysticalMaze.com deems not family oriented, as children may be present when a parent is surfing the MysticalMaze hit exchange.

5a. Pop-Up Advertising Sites- Websites that promote pop-up advertising as a SOLE means of earnings, are no longer allowed on MysticalMaze.com. These sites contribute to many trojan virus's, download, and spyware applications. In order to assure that our member's have a safe, secure, and enjoyable surfing experience, these sites will be banned as they are found. In saying that; we also realize that many member's may be affiliated with said sites as a means of earning additional income on the Internet, and we will investigate the site, before making the decision to ban them.

6) The text on your site must be in ENGLISH or have an ENGLISH translation. We do not mean to discriminate against anyone, however, the staff at MysticalMaze.com must be able to read your website, thus determining whether your site is appropriate.

7) MysticalMaze.com is not responsible for any lost credits, or any damages, loss of data, or other problems associated with using our services. You agree to use this free service at your own risk. We will do our best to make sure each member is treated fairly.

8) SPAM is not tolerated! Any use of unsolicited e-mail is considered SPAM and will result in termination of your account.

9) Only one account per individual or computer. There may times when a husband & wife team will be allowed, but it must be approved before hand. Its also important to realize that the system won't allow them to surf simultaneously.

10) MysticalMaze.com has the right to deny any member or site from using its services at any time, for any reason, and has the right to add to the terms of service at any time, without notice. Any members/sites denied from MysticalMaze.com will lose all credits and will not be allowed to join again.

11) If you do not use your FREE MysticalMaze account to earn credits, by viewing other member's sites, for a period of 30 consecutive days, your FREE account may be in-activated and you will no longer earn referral credits, receive referrals in your downline, and your URLs will not be shown (this does not apply to PRO accounts).

12) If you do not use your MysticalMaze account to earn credits by viewing other member's sites for a period of 90 consecutive days, your FREE account may be deleted (does not apply to PRO accounts).

13) You agree to maintain a functioning email address that must be listed on your member page. This email address must NOT be attached to any type of auto responder or auto-response system, unless prior notification of a scheduled vacation or computer maintenance has been received.

14) You agree to receive email updates related to services offered by MysticalMaze.com, and in the event you decide you no longer wish to receive them, you may un-subscribe at any time, by notifying us in writing (email), and be sure to include: Username- Email Address, and Password associated with the account.

15) These terms may change at any time deemed necessary by MysticalMaze.com. You agree to comply with all such changes.

16)Any Member found Cheating: by copying maze's, sharing maze information , such as, where to move in any particular maze, Posting or emailing Screen-shoots, or anything to be deemed as a cheating method, will forfeit earnings, and account will be deleted, as well as, anyone that knowingly participated!

17) Re-selling of credits is forbidden. (Earned Credits)Purchased credits may be sold, but only with prior written permisson. We must maintain quality traffic. If you are running a Co-Op and have any questions regarding this policy, then please contact us immediately, as anyone found to be breaking these terms is subject to account termination, and loss of all credits.

18) Banner Farms are not allowed! Banner farms are pages that have multiple banners placed throughout, (4 or more) usually in an effort to obtain impressions. Anything deemed as such will be removed, and credits assigned to that page will be lost. If you would like to advertise your banners, each members account has a banner rotator. If you don't have any banner impressions available, then you may purchase them, win them in the Maze, or convert credits to banner impressions. We have very reasonable rates, and we don't feel that any member should be forced to view a page full of banners.

NOTE: Anyone found to be violating these rules will have their account paused, until the issue is resolved. *If a url has been removed do to violations, and you add the url back into your rotation, you will be subject to either account deletion, or you can be penalized by having credits removed from your account! In the case of the account being penalized; the amount of credits being removed may result in the account credits showing a negative balance, and the amount removed depends on the degree of the violation in the terms agreement.

19) Banner Rotator's are not allowed. We have elected to Check all banners, before being placed into rotation, as there were too many banners being added incorrectly, and the results speak for themselves.

We at MysticalMaze.com, respect your right to privacy. We will never sell, rent, issue or release in any form, your name, user ID, e-mail address, physical address and any other identifying information that you give us with any third party outside the Mysticalmaze Community.

Note: Your e-mail address will be made available to your MysticalMaze sponsor/referral. This is solely for the purpose of support, and not to be abused. Sponsors should welcome their new referrals, and offer assistance in setting up their account, recommend ways and means of building downlines, acquiring traffic, etc. Be advised that blatant Spamming without first developing a working relationship with referrals can result in loss of downline, credits, and termination of account.

By signing up for our FREE service, you agree to receive occasional e-mails from our company or your sponsor. You may remove yourself from these mailings at any time. HOWEVER, removal from the mailing list will mean termination of your account and loss of all credits, downlines, and advertisement, paid or free.
